SO BPO began working on Lotza very early on and continues to be the primary developer building out additional functionality now that they've launched. The working style has meant that Lotza's CFO leads engineering efforts with SO BPO providing talent on a full-time basis for the project. This allows the team in Bosnia to work closely with the U.S. team daily using slack and video-conferencing.
