At Lotza they've created a community where people can share feedback on subscription services and direct-to-consumer products. Their unique emotional-based rating system tracks sentiment over time, giving you a better understanding of products and how people feel about them. With new products and categories added daily, there's always something new to discover on Lotza.
SO BPO first got involved with Lotza when it was a stealth startup needing help with development of a web application.
As a part of the onboarding process, the two teams discussed the type of expertise needed, the total budget available, and came up with a plan to get to launch.
Not just working on a monthly or sprint based schedule, this allowed Lotza to have confidence that there would be a finished product at the end of the project.
Throughout the process, SO BPO was involved in priority changes, taking in tester feedback, and pushing iterative changes to the platform.
Most recently this has included Quality Insurance to better support production customers and ensure quality of code.
